Returns Accepted ( (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

We accept returns for damaged or defective goods only within 14 days of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order number. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods
Items marked as final sale
Products that are not damaged or defective
Items returned after 14 days from delivery date

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at service@sproutistry-store.com with:

Your order number
Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
Description of the issue

We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Return shipping

If the return is due to damage, defect, or the wrong item we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative resolution.
For other returns, customer pay(s) return shipping.

Supplier-fulfilled items

Some products are shipped and returned through our supplier network. Depending on the item, your return may be sent to one of our fulfillment partners. We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions when your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
