Returns Accepted

We accept returns for damaged or defective goods only within 14 days of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order number.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that are not damaged or defective
  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery date

  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue
